EKFB JV - Mechanical & Electrical Works for Green Tunnel Portal Buildings - Building Management System (BMS) Package

EKFB is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood. Our scope of the works includes 15 viaducts, 5 km of green tunnels, 22km of road diversions, 81 bridges and around 30 million cubic metres of excavation. EKFB are looking for a competent contractor to provide the M & E Building Management System (BMS) for the high-speed rail tunnel portal building which will monitor and control HVAC, low voltage electrical, and drainage systems at each shaft or portal location. The BMS will interface with fire, security, and access control systems to manage alarms and will allow monitoring at the Network Integrated Control Centre (NICC). The system will provide asset performance data acquisition, event logging, alarm management, and system stability.
