The Land Development Agency (LDA) (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for appointment to a multi-supplier framework agreement (the “Framework Agreement”) for the provision of the services as described in Part 3 of this Request for Tender (the “RFT”). The framework will be delivered via two lots (each a “Framework Lot”). • Lot 1 – Quantity Surveying services framework for the development of projects exceeding circa. 300 units of accommodation (or development equivalent). • Lot 2 – Quantity Surveying services framework for the development of projects of circa. 300 units of accommodation and less (or development equivalent).
