Water Hygiene Service Contract

Description

The University needs support from a specialist supplier to help manage our responsibilities under the Health & Safety Act 1974 for control of the water systems. BSU shall appoint a single supplier for a fixed term. Primarily the following. The provision shall as a minimum be performed to LCA Standard for the Delivery and meet additional ACoP's or Legislation. a) Legionella Risk Assessment Services b) Legionella Analytical Services c) Hot and Cold Monitoring & Inspection Services In addition, the service provided offer the following tasks: a) Risks from other waterborne organisms b) Corrosion Control c) Scolding Control incl. TMV's d) Management of Grey water and Rainwater harvesting Other services may be requested the suit the skill set of the supplier awarded.
