Request from suitably qualified Training providers to develop a course specifically tailored to the needs of the SFPA. Course should be designed to ensure that on completion SFPOs will understand the role of an effective Fisheries/Food Safety Regulator, Understand the importance of Regulation, be familar with all aspects of all legislation governing the Authority, have knowledge on all aspects of Court proceedings including interviewing skills, investigative reporting, interviewing and dealing with the Public.
