Trondheim municipality, represented by the Municipal director, henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest regarding an agreement for the Establishment councelling and professional business assessment for entrepreneurs in Trondheim municipality, Indre Fosen municipality and Malvik municipality. Lot 1: Information about the current scheme for business establishment counselling for entrepreneurs in Trondheim municipality is available at Trondheim municipality's website; 'Næring og samfunnsutvikling'. In Trondheim municipality, entrepreneurs have been offered one hour of free counselling as well as an offer to present an professional opinion to NAV. The scope has been approximately 150 consultations and 50 professional statements per annum, as well as guidance by mails/phone consultations and operation of the portal "Min veileder".
