Description

This procurement comprises five (5) geographically based lots, each with up to three (3) Employer specific sub-lots, either at the time of tender or in the future. The Employers are Oaklee Housing, Housing Association for Integrated Living and Clanmil Housing Association Ireland. The work includes in each lot comprises some or all of the following: Responsive repairs including gas and electrical repairs with immediate, emergency, urgent and 28-day responses times; an out of hours service; work to void properties; cyclical inspection and certification of gas and electrical installations; planned component renewal; inspections and surveys. A single Contractor will deliver all work in a lot and each sub-lot. Each sub-lot and corresponding Employer within each lot shall have its own single organisation Standard Agreement and each Standard Agreement will be separately supervised and administered by the single organisation. For example, in Lot 2 at award, there will be three (3) Employers and three (3) single organisation Standard Agreements. Additional Employer specific sub-lots may be created within a lot during the term. For example, in Lot 1, HAIL may in the future crate sub-lot 1B and by mutual agreement with the Contractor, enter into a single organisation Standard Agreement for 1B. Contractors will be able to win no more than two (2) lots. Other housing provider employers, whose business constitution and standing closely reflects that of the Employers may, by mutual agreement with the Contractor, join a lot with the same terms and conditions, subject to the scope of work being a very similar nature, the value not being disproportionate to the contract originally awarded and their location in relation to each lot. Tenderers shall note that in the event they are awarded a Contract, there is no guaranteed of volume of work. Lot 157656: Lot 1. North West Response and Void Repairs, Cyclical Inspection of Gas and Electrical Installations and Planned Maintenance Work Lot 1: North-West (Donegal County Council; Leitrim County Council; Sligo County Council) in one sub-lot/ contract (1A) for Oaklee Housing. As attached documents. Estimated lot value € 205,319 per annum, € 1,026,596 for the five-year term. Contractors will be able to win no more than two (2) lots. Lot 157657: Lot 2. Dublin and Region Response and Void Repairs, Cyclical Inspection of Gas and Electrical Installations and Planned Maintenance Work Lot 2: Dublin and Region (Naas Town Council; Kildare County Council; Dublin City Council; Wicklow County Council; South Dublin County Council; Fingal County Council; Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council) in three sub- lots/ contracts (2A, 2B and 2C) for Oaklee Housing, HAIL and Clanmil Housing.As attached documents. Estimated lot value €831,262 per annum, €4,156,313 for the five-year term. Contractors will be able to win no more than two (2) lots. Lot 157658: Lot 3. North East Response and Void Repairs, Cyclical Inspection of Gas and Electrical Installations and Planned Maintenance Work Lot 3: North East (Monaghan County Council; Louth County Council; Meath County Council; Cavan County Council) in two sub-lots/ contracts (3A and 3C) for Oaklee Housing and Clanmil Housing.As attached documents. Estimated lot value € 302,558 per annum, € 1,512,794 for the five-year term. Contractors will be able to win no more than two (2) lots. Lot 157659: Lot 4. Central Response and Void Repairs, Cyclical Inspection of Gas and Electrical Installations and Planned Maintenance Work Lot 4: Central (Offaly County Council; Westmeath County Council Laois County Council) in three sub-lots/ contracts (4A, 4B and 4C) for Oaklee Housing, HAIL and Clanmil Housing.As attached documents. Estimated lot value € 249,131 per annum, € 1,245,657 for the five-year term. Contractors will be able to win no more than two (2) lots. Lot 157660: Lot 5. South East Response and Void Repairs, Cyclical Inspection of Gas and Electrical Installations and Planned Maintenance Work Lot 5: South-East (Kilkenny County Council; Wexford County Council; Tipperary County Council) in one sub-lot/ contract (5A) for Oaklee Housing.As attached documents. Estimated lot value € 170,056 per annum, € 850,282 for the five-year term. Contractors will be able to win no more than two (2) lots.
