Repair and maintenance services of building installations

Description

Provision of full housing repairs service on a reactive and pro-active nature including voids, refurbishments and planned works including kitchen and bathroom replacements, External Works and Roofing. There will be 2 separate contracts (North and South) and each will be for an initial 48 month period with the ability to extend to 120 months in 2 36-month extensions. The overall annual value of each Lot is likely to be in the area of 4 000 000 GBP per annum with expenditure on refurbishments not occurring until 2017/18. Contractors will be invited to submit tenders for both Lots, but will only be awarded 1 Lot. The successful tenderers will be those who have provided the most economically advantageous combination of tenders for Lots 1 and 2.
