Framework agreement for legal assistance relating to the following lots: Lot 1 - Property law, planning and construction law Lot 2 - Contract law, compensation law, including insurance law and company law Lot 3 - Public procurements Lot 4 - Company law, tax and duties law The contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer per lot. Lot 1: Property law, planning and construction law The County has ongoing requirement for legal assistance and the requirement is to a relatively large degree covered by internal resources. However, external assistance will also be required, for examples when there is a lack of capacity or a need for expertise. Lot 2: Contract law, Compensation law and Company law The County has ongoing requirement for legal assistance and the requirement is to a relatively large degree covered by internal resources. However, external assistance will also be required, for examples when there is a lack of capacity or a need for expertise. Lot 3: Public procurements The County has ongoing requirement for legal assistance and the requirement is to a relatively large degree covered by internal resources. However, external assistance will also be required, for examples when there is a lack of capacity or a need for expertise. Lot 4: Company law, Tax and duties law The County has ongoing requirement for legal assistance and the requirement is to a relatively large degree covered by internal resources. However, external assistance will also be required, for examples when there is a lack of capacity or a need for expertise.
