Description
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Procurement Act 2023, 2gether Support Solutions, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, is looking to direct award a contract for testing of medical gases, namely the monitoring of the workplace environment to test the presence / exposure of specific gases across multiple departments to satisfy the requirements of regulation 10 of the control of substances Hazardous to health 2002 regulations (COSHH); annual testing and validation of the ventilation systems as per the NHS England guidance; and audits in response to the IHEEM requirement under section 9.6. and 8.12. ## Contract award
