Description

Internal audit services for Ark Housing Association Ark Housing Association (“Ark HA”), trading as Ark, seeks to appoint a single supplier to provide it with internal audit services for the contract period. The aim of the contract is for the appointed company to provide internal audit services for Ark to at least March 2028. The Internal Auditor will be accountable to Ark’s Board of Management through the Audit sub-committee, where they will assess key areas of the business to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory obligations, the provisions of our policies and procedures, and good practice guidance. The contract will be for an initial period of 5 years, with the option to extend by up to 2 further years.
