Key HA are seeking bidder to supply Internal Audit Service to Key Housing Association and to our subsidiary company, Community Lifestyles. Lot 1: Audit Services for Key HA who is a landlord with 713 housing units and a support provider providing support to approximately 1,555 individuals. Key operates across 15 local authority areas and had a turnover for the year ended 31 March 2021 of 48M. Key employs circa 100 staff in our head office in Glasgow and an additional 2,200 employees throughout our support services in Scotland. Key also has a subsidiary company, Community Lifestyles which is also a support provider supporting an additional 467 individuals in the Glasgow Area. Community lifestyles has a turnover of 13M. Community Lifestyles employs circa 500 service based staff with head office functions including senior operational management provided by Key staff. Key’s board and Community Lifestyles Directors are responsible for the overall internal audit strategy of the Group and Key has a dedicated Audit Committee which takes an overview of both internal and external audit provision.
