Description

Southgate School provides a strong, dynamic education for some 1 500 students in which students are valued as individuals within a culture of celebrating achievement. It has state of the art facilities for Arts, Sport and IT as well as a vibrant Sixth Form Centre. The facilities are in constant use with dynamic events, exhibitions, drama performances, the school orchestra and an annual ‘Oscars@ Evening’. The service is currently managed by Enfield Norse with a contract termination date of 30.6.2017. The School Buildings occupy a total of 13 519 sm2. Including store rooms and boiler room which are not cleaned. Currently the school is cleaned early morning from 6:30 to 9:00 and evenings from 15:00 to 18:00 TUPE information has been requested and will be included in the tender pack. The School is also looking for quotations for external window cleaning and deep clean and ductwork clean in the main catering kitchen.
