Construction work for swimming pool

Description

Øygarden municipality invites tenderers to participate in a competition for the delivery of a new swimming pool in Rong. The swimming pool shall be built in construction Stage 2 in Hjeltefjorden Arena, next to the existing multi-purpose hall. The multi-purpose hall shall be completed at the end of March 2018, so it will be in use whilst the swimming pool is being built. The contract work will be performed as a general contract. Øygarden municipality shall construct a swimming pools in Rong. The swimming pool shall be built in construction Stage 2 in Hjeltefjorden Arena, next to the existing multi-purpose hall. The swimming pool will have a 12,5 x 25 m training pool, children´s pool, changing room facilities, personnel facilities and a connecting corridor between the swimming pool and multi-purpose hall. The swimming pool will have 2 floors, the total area (gross) for the swimming pool and connecting corridor is 2 310 m2, with a basement of 840 m2. Technical rooms will be in the basement. The connecting corridor has primarily 1 floor, with a lift and stairs down to the basement in the swimming pool building. The swimming pool shall be constructed next to Hjeltefjorden Arena (multi-purpose hall), with a connecting corridor between them. The total area (gross) for the swimming pool and connecting corridor is 2 310 m2, with a basement of 840 m2. The multi-purpose hall shall be completed at the end of March 2018, so it will be in use whilst the swimming pool is being built. The steel pools, pool bottom that can be raised and lowered and the water treatment installations will be delivered by Processing AS. The plot for the swimming pool has been blasted, including deep blasting for the basement. It is now levelled approx. 1 m below the finished floor level. Option: roof over the roof. Tenders are wanted for a tent over the entire building in order to ensure a dry building during the entire construction period. The roof shall freely span the building and be dimensioned for occurring weather conditions. Further details are in annex C.2 Technical Description, in Chapter 90 option. The builder reserves the right to completely, or partially, evaluate the option for a roof over the roof.
