Description

Procurement Assist Limited is seeking service providers to take part in tendering for a place on a 60 month Dynamic Purchasing System for Recruitment Agency Services. The services will be split into several different categories - please see the overview document for more information. The DPS will be available for use by iFM Bolton and the whole public sector from across the United Kingdom. The DPS initial application period is 30 days but will remain open until 31 May 2029. Applications from service providers can be made at any time during this period. The DPS is intended to be a fast route to market for Clients, with Clients not needing any further engagement with OJEU procurement processes. Procurement Assist is publishing this Notice of Amendment made pursuant to the original Notice 2020/S 083-197910 to extend the DPS to 31 May 2029. The remaining information in relation to this DPS is unchanged. Lot 1: All Employee Types Including, but not limited to: •A mix of recruitment types from all other Categories (or a selection of) from the DPS, or alternative specialism as determined by the Client. Lot 3: Housing Services Staff Including, but not limited to: •Housing officers, contact centre staff, retirement living support staff, rent services staff, ASB specialists and back office support / administration staff. Lot 4: Blue Lights Specialist Staff Including, but not limited to: •Back office administration staff, technical support staff, IT support staff and facilities management staff. Lot 5: HR / Communications Staff Including, but not limited to: •HR administration staff, HR manager, payroll manager, payroll administration staff, communications officer, communications manager. Lot 6: Asset Management Staff Including, but not limited to: •Mechanical and electrical manager or officer, health and safety manager or officer, trade operatives, asset manager or officer and property service personnel. Lot 7: Finance Staff Including, but not limited to: •Finance manager or officer, business analyst, financial accountant, accounts payable administration staff and management accountant. Lot 8: Executive Staff and Board Members Including, but not limited to: •Chief executive officer, executive director roles, strategic director, operational director, non executive director, board member and chair of the board. Lot 9: Master Vendor Service Including, but not limited to: •A single supply option that Clients can assume full staffing responsibility to the supplier, including KPI monitoring.
