P0810 - Framework - Provision of Agency Workers to the Northern Ireland Housing Executive

Description

The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (the Housing Executive) requires access to a supply of temporary Agency Workers to provide cover both for ongoing structural change projects as well as business as usual requirements such as cover for internal secondments, sickness absence, maternity leave or additional workload. The Housing Executive intends to establish a Framework to meet this requirement. The Framework will be divided into three (3) Lots: • Lot One – Admin and Customer Contact Roles; • Lot Two – Building Trade and Manual Roles; • Lot Three – Technical and Professional Specialist Roles. Tenderers may bid for one, two or all Lots. The Framework shall take effect on the Framework Commencement Date as stipulated in the Award Letter for an Initial Term of two (2) years. The Housing Executive may, entirely at our discretion, offer to extend the Framework for any period(s) up to and including 24 Months (potential four (4) year Framework Term).
