BAF25040 – Treasury Management, being the full provision of treasury management services for a fixed three-year term, including review of the Treasury Management Policy and Strategy and business model, provision of market data and updates, and attendance at up to three meetings per year, with any additional services (e.g., new loan arrangements or further meetings) payable at the tendered hourly/daily rates plus reasonable expenses in accordance with clause 3.10 of the specification.
