Project and design preparation, estimation of costs

Description

The University is undertaking a comprehensive evaluation of the existing library facility on the Edinburgh Campus. Further to a Space Utilisation Study carried out on the Campus in 2013 the Library has been identified as requiring redesign and upgrading in order to meet future service needs. The requirement for a short and medium term solution has been identified as well as the need for a long term solution to be facilitated by means of a comprehensive Options Appraisal. The University therefore wishes to appoint a Project Team to carry out the scope of medium term works together with an Options Appraisal for long term library and student resource services solutions. The short term requirements are being facilitated by other appointments. The University wishes to procure a Project Manager.
