Øygarden municipality c/o the municipal director area childhood and youth services shall enter into framework agreements for the purchase of training places with two or more suppliers offering such services. The alternative training platform is offered to students who are not achieving the sufficient benefits from the municipality's ordinary primary school education. The overall goal of the alternative training platform is to enable the individual student to use the municipality's ordinary school service. The annual value of framework agreement 1 is estimated to NOK 2 million excluding VAT. Given the length of the agreement of up to 6 years, this gives a total contract value of NOK 12,000,000. The maximum value of the framework agreement is estimated to NOK 16,000,000.
