Appointment of Consultant Engineers for the Design of Holmestown Landfill Cap for Phase 1

Description

WCC is currently inviting tenders for the design of a permanent landfill cap for phase 1 of the landfill mass that has already being filled. In addition to capping works feasibility and design or redesign of the following: 1. Gas management system and re-location of gas flare, 2. Optimization of the existing leachate management system and its ancillary pipework 3. Preparation of revised of CRAMP and ELRA documentation for re-submission on completion of capping. 4. Management of technical amendments to the licence. Make a new licence application because of the capping of the landfill. Prepare documents for the surrender of the waste licence for the remaining 9 phases of the landfill that will not be used as a landfill.
