Lot 1: Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA) is seeking to appoint a specialist contractor to provide damp and mould surveys across its housing stock. The service will support SBHA in meeting its obligations under the Investigation and Commencement of Repair (Scotland) Regulations 2026 by delivering evidence-based investigations where the cause of damp, mould, or condensation cannot be determined through SBHA's initial inspection process.
