CON1199 - Qualification System for Electrical Distribution Substation Works

Description

The Contracting Entity is seeking expressions of interest from economic operators seeking entry on to a Qualification System that will be established for the subsequent procurement of engineering, civil, design, equipment and material supply, operation, maintenance and construction services related to electrical power distribution assets (mainly within substations but also power distribution cables, ring main units, mini-pillars and other associated assets throughout the distribution network ), up to 110 kV voltage level. The works will be located in the Republic of Ireland. The Qualification System gives contractors the opportunity to express their interest in tendering for these works which may arise. While applications may be made to join the Qualification System at any time, those interested in being considered for the Initial Framework (the “First Procurement”) under this Qualification System should submit a completed QSQ response on or before 1200 hrs (local time) on Friday 17th July 2026 (the “First Procurement Closing Date”).
