Co-procurement - Development and administration of digital services for Oslo Municipality

The contract will cover the contracting authority's need for the development and administration of digital services. The aim of the contract is to ensure that Oslo Municipality has access to the correct competence and capacity to develop, administer, and further develop high quality digital services for inhabitants, employees and businesses. Furthermore, it will support the technological development and future need for services in the municipality. Services that are provided in the contract period will therefore be affected by rapdily changing technology. In the development environments in Oslo Municipality we are working flexibly with the DevOps methodology. The contract area as a whole has been announced as two different contests and two different contracts. This notice includes the administrative provisions/conditions for the contest for contract 2. Lot 1: The contract will cover the contracting authority's need for the development and administration of digital services. The contract has an estimated annual value of NOK 284 million over the maximum contract period of 4 years. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the estimate is based on both historical and expected consumption. This is only a guideline and does not involve any obligation for the contracting authority. This parallel framework agreement is valid up to a maximum value of NOK 568 million. .
