Award of Provision of Legal Services for Debt Recovery

SAAS has a requirement for a Supplier to provide comprehensive legal services in relation to all aspects of debt recovery including, but not limited to, small claims, summary cause, Sheriff Court and Court of Session recovery actions andpost-decree enforcement including earnings arrestments. This will include but not be limited to: • recovering payments of grants, bursaries, allowances and expenses where scheme rules have been breached and where overpayments have been made; • recovery of payments made erroneously into bank accounts; • issuing demand letters; • raise court actions; • obtain decrees • pursue post decree enforcement including ordinary and earnings arrestment; inhibitions, bank arrestment and other forms of diligence.
