Environmental Building Works

Description

The scope of this contract will involve external environmental improvement works to the rear gardens and associated works of various elements on the Employer’s properties which will include but not limited to; - Demolition/make safe/repointing of existing retaining walls/walls and rebuilding - Erection of new retaining walls - Underpin existing patio while creating new retaining wall - Grade and reduce levels of soil to rear garden area, rotarvate, topsoil and turf - Clear sections of garden of vegetation/ trees/ shrubs - Installation of suitable drainage for ground works - Breaking up and laying of new concrete paths, steps with handrails - Laying of new slabbed areas - Erection of 1.2/1.8m feather edged fencing/ metal rails and gates
