Construction work

Description

The works comprise planned and responsive maintenance, repair and refurbishment of the Association’s social housing stock. The contract will be let on a term maintenance basis with packages of work let using Task Orders under the Public Sector Partnering Contract Option 1 — Term Maintenance Measure and Value Second Edition revised 2017. The contract will be let for an initial term of 5 years with the possibility of extension for a maximum of a further two years depending upon performance. The Contractor will be required to fulfill the role of Principal Contractor under the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015. Planned and responsive repairs and maintenance to social housing stock for a period of 5 years commencing March 2018. The contract may be extended for a maximum of a further 2 years in 1 year increments subject to satisfactory performance by the contractor.
