Parallel framework agreements for uncertainty analyses.

Description

Statsbygg, c/o the Sustainability and Special Professions Department and the Section for Economy and Analysis (FØ), invite tenderers to an open tender contest for a parallel framework agreement for uncertainty analyses, mainly for investment costs for Statsbygg's projects, including for some of the country's largest and most complex construction projects. Lot 1: The intention of the framework agreement is to take workload peaks in the section so that FØ can always represent good professional practice and execute assignments of high professional quality. The framework agreement will also give an opportunity to obtain assistance for assignments that require another type of competence/expertise than what the section has itself. The contract party will be engaged to carry out assignments that are normally carried out by employees in the section, and will in their work, be obliged to deliver and act in accordance with Statsbygg's framework for estimations.
