Description

The purpose of this exercise is to award delivery subcontractors for the Gwent and Cardiff and The Vale aspects of delivery of the ESF funded Sova Achieving Change through Employment operation. Providing into employment support for individuals who are either long term unemployed or economically inactive, aged over 25 years and from a Black and Minority Ethnic or Migrant background living in the East Wales area. This exercise is to identify subcontractors to support the delivery of the ESF Sova ACE East Wales operation. Providing into work support for individuals who are long term unemployed or economically inactive, aged over 25 years and from a Black and Minority Ethnic or Migrant background.
