Description

Social Care Wales is seeking to commission a suitably experienced and qualified supplier to design, develop and deliver a structured programme aligned to: Level 4 CCPLD Preparing for Leadership and Management qualification / Relevant National Occupational Standards (NOS). Aim: To strengthen leadership capacity and workforce sustainability by increasing successful participation in completion of the Level 4 Preparing for Leadership and Management qualification. Objectives: Increase leadership knowledge, skills and confidence among participants. Improve progression into leadership and management roles. Support workforce retention through enhanced career pathways. Strengthen leadership capability within childcare settings enhancing their knowledge and skills, while ensuring alignment with current policy, legislation and best practice.
