APX050 - Tender for Graphic Design, Artwork and Print Management

Description

Apex wishes to appoint a suitably experienced Supplier to provide graphic design, artwork and print management services. The Supplier will work closely with Apex’s Communications Team to produce high-quality digital and printed materials for Apex’s tenants, residents, staff and other stakeholders. Services will be commissioned individually throughout the Contract through written briefs or Orders issued by Apex. Depending on the commission, the Supplier may be required to provide services from initial concept development through to delivery of final digital files, print-ready artwork or finished printed products. The anticipated recurring requirements are identified in Annex B and the Pricing Schedule. These quantities are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of any minimum volume or value of work. The Initial Contract Period will be 24 months from the Commencement Date. Apex may extend the Contract for one further period of up to 12 months in accordance with the Conditions of Contract.
