Leicester City Council is looking for proposals from Suppliers for the provision of a temporary covered/indoor ice rink in Jubilee Square, Leicester City Centre, Leicester LE1 4LD. The proposed Concessions Contract will be for one year with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further three years.
