Repair and maintenance services of aircraft

Description

The German Aerospace Center, acting for its flight experiments facility intends to award a frame agreement for maintenance services relating to the research aircraft HALO (here: Gulfstream G550/D-ADLR) over a period of four (4) years. The general tasks of the maintenance services are based on Gulfstream's ‘Maintenance Due Lists’ based on following data: Aircraft Make: Gulfstream, Aircraft Model: G550, Aircraft Serial No: 5093, Airworthiness Date: 7 November 2005, Regulation: DEU-GCAA, Engines: 2x Rolls Royce BR700-710C4-11 (G550) -> Serial No's 15284 and 15285, APU: Honeywell RE220 (G550) Initiating a negotiated procedure with a call to participate according to section 17 VgV under Subreport ELVis-ID ‘E91837993’. Only jet aviation basel and jet aviation geneva did successfully apply at the first tender stage (here: Application for pre-selection). On completion of the second tender stage (here: Invitation to submit a tender) only Jet Avation Basel could fulfill all the requested exclusion criteria. During two negotiation meetings the submitted quotation from Jet Aviation Basel could be negotiated in favour of the German Aerospace Center.
