Solution for IP (Individual Plan)

Description

The competition concerns a contract for the delivery of an electronic solution for individual plans and coordinator for Lillestrøm kommune. Individual plan’ means a tool to make a service offer that is suitable for users with a need for long-term and coordinated services in the health and social sector. Lot 1: The contract is subject to sufficient budget resources. For further information refer to the tender documentation part 2, description of needs. A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to make smaller, unsubstantial alterations of the documentation prior to inviting the tenderers to submit tenders. Background for selection of competition form. The Contracting Authority indicates that the exceptions according to the Regulations §13-2 a, c and d will apply to the procurement. The Contracting Authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, and has decided that it is most appropriate to enter into a contract with one contractual partner.
