Service Level Agreement - Remote measuring materiel for the Norwegian Coastal Administration

Description

The tenderer will provide annual service on all materiel delivered from Norbit Aptomar, including software, firmware, hardware, as well as interfaces and functionality to third party equipment such as oil radar, drones, MBR, other sensors, etc. Annual service will take place on board all vessels included in the emergency pollution response, such as these on-board components, as well as verification via internet per quarter. The tenderer must also be able to provide a mid-life upgrade to extend the lifetime of the materiel. The tenderer must also offer a secure online service portal for materiel and service status. The on-board systems are to be considered non-standard (Proprietary) and only the tenderer will be able to provide the necessary comprehensive service on the systems. Lot 1: The contract concerns existing equipment owned and operated by the NCA. The contract will include: - SLA covering all systems/vessels that have a SeaCOP workstation. - Training materiel for all functionalities and simple service/troubleshooting/correction (e-learning modules + user manuals) SLA covering sensor systems supplied by Norbit Aptomar. - SLA covering integration and functionality with 3rd party systems. This currently consists of: -- ODR, oil radars from different manufacturers, -- Camera systems from different manufacturers. -- Drones, sensors with STANAG 4609. -- MBR (Maritime Broadband Radio) - Midlife upgrade of products delivered/produced by Norbit Aptomar - Possibility for integration of future sensors, and development of interfaces for this. - Secure website where the customer can report errors, follow case status, as well as plan for services, status, etc. - Purchase of spare parts
