Description
The contracting authority will publish this voluntary ex-ante transparency notice prior to signing a new contract for maintenance and support of our PAX Multiplex (eVelocity) Centralised Image Processing machines to ensure that we do not bypass other parties in the market who can deliver this. Tenderers who can consider they will be in a position to offer this are asked to contact the Avinor case manager; Linda Gjerde; linda.gjerde@avinor.no, or the manager Eirik Rognlien; @avinor.no. If the contracting authority does not receive inquiries within 10 days from the publication date, a contract will be signed in May 2021 with Vanderlande Industries, which is the current supplier of the system. Lot 1: The services Avinor provides and which involve software and spare parts equipment shall be maintained based on this contract in order to achieve the uptime requirements and satisfy statutory requirements. Based on this, the contractor shall deliver good quality services and spare parts that ensure that all of these conditions are met. The contract includes: • preventive maintenance for software; • remedial/corrective maintenance; • emergency preparedness and support; • spare parts; • any fixed-price agreements; • the additional services necessary to ensure the efficient operation of software and equipment. The contract excludes: • preventive maintenance for equipment. Based on this contract, the equipment shall be maintained so that the running time requirements and authority requirements are met. Based on this, tenderers must provide services and spare parts of good quality, which will ensure that these conditions are met. The contracting authority is announcing this voluntary ex-ante transparency notice to sign a contract for servicing eVelocity. This is to ensure that we do not bypass other parties in the market who could deliver this service. The total contract value for the coming 3-year period is EUR 270 000. The background for Avinor wanting to enter into a contract with Vanderlande Industries is that they are the developers of the system and the only company that offers the service. Tenderers who can consider they will be in a position to offer this are asked to contact the Avinor case manager: Linda Gjerde, by email; Linda.gjerde@avinor.no. If the contracting authority does not receive enquiries within 10 days from the publication date, a contract will be signed with Vanderlande Industries. The contract will be signed in May 2021.
