Description
The Norwegian Defence intends to enter into a time-limited sub-contract with KAMS under the existing strategic cooperation contract for the hire of a total of 12 aero technicians with competence in and experience from the Norwegian Defence's fighter jet system. As far as the Air Force knows, only KAMS can deliver the requested product nationally. Tenderers must have a valid security contract with the Norwegian Defence in accordance with the Security Act §27. Personnel must be authorised to minimum NATO RESTRICTED. The technicians must have relevant education, experience, and must have completed the required course relevant for the supporting system. The contract will have a duration of up to 6 years, with an option to extend for a further 6 months. Start-up in mid July 2022. Lot 1: The following aero technicians will be hired Aero technicians, engine and fuselage, B1 Quantity 2. Completed and passed aero technical basic education, certified either by a certificate of apprenticeship or EASA, possibly an EMAR certificate or licence. Completed and passed a course for F35, certified by a course certificate, including the following modules, Aiframe of 221 hours, Misson Systems of 39 hours, and Flightline Maintenance of 6 hours. Aero technicians Avionikk, system, weapon, B2 Quantity 2. Completed and passed aero technical basic education, either with a certificate of apprenticeship or EASA, possibly EMAR certificates or licence. Completed and passed a course for F35, certified by a course certificate for the following modules, Aiframe of 150 hours, Mission Systems of 93 hours, and Flight Maintenance of 84 hours in total. Low Observables, Structure technicians. Quantity 4 Minimum 5 years experience within structure work on fighter jets. Aero technicians, B1 and B2 Quantity 4, of which 2 B1 and 2 B2. Completed and passed aero technical basic education, certified either by a certificate of apprenticeship or EASA, possibly an EMAR certificate or licence. Completed and passed course for F16, certified by a course certificate. Minimum 5 years experience with the maintenance of F16.
