Contest for 5451 tunnel cleaning, Troms 2022-2027

Description

Troms and Finnmark County would like tenders from contractors with the professional, technical, and financial basis required for fulfilment of the contract. Furthermore, experience is required from equivalent work, for the execution of the above named contract work in accordance with the tender documentation. See detailed regulations in the tender documentation, chapter B2. Lot 1: The work's nature and scope. The assignment is for cleaning tunnels with the acompanying equipment and installations on county roads in Troms, in accordance with the list of tunnels given in chapter D2-V. The work will be remunerated by round sum for round sum processes, in relation to amounts and unit prices for other processes such as cost-plus work in accordance with the hourly rate for crew and machinery. The contract period is from 2022-10-01 to 2027-08-31 for all of the described assignments. Mutual option for extending the contract for 12 months. Both parties to the contract must agree on such an extension. The option period extends from 2027-09-01 to 2028-08-31. An option must be agreed between the parties at least 12 months before the conclusion of the contract period. The road network included in the assignment consists of 41 tunnels, of which: Tromsø - 8 Harstad - 3 Senja - 19 Lyngen - 3 Nordreisa - 1 Skjervøy - 2 Sørreisa - 1 Ibestad - 2 Tjeldsund - 1 Storfjord - 1 Total 51,917 m of tunnels. The traffic on the road network varies from approx. ADT 100 to approx. ADT17,000. An annual increase in traffic is expected of approx. 1.0 %.
