AQP Extended Minor Surgery This is for an offer for the provision of Extended Minor Surgery under the Any Qualified Provider (AQP) process within the borough of Walsall for Walsall registered patients only. This is for the First Window. This AQP Process will be carried out via the Walsall CCG e-tendering portal, BRAVO. Providers must ensure that any questions and queries they may have with regard to the offer documents are raised using the provided Q&A facility in BRAVO. Walsall CCG reserves the right to change dates and times or modify any stage of the process including the introduction of additional steps or stages in order to maximise efficiencies Walsall CCG intends to commission an extended minor surgery service for its population that operates a community model in delivering a service closer to patient's homes. The service is designed to offer extended minor surgery services which are beyond the scope of core activities within Primary Care services.
