Framework Agreement for the Purchase of Network Equipment for Oslo kommune's (Oslo Municipality's) Entities

Description

The Joint Procurement Contract concerns the purchase of network equipment, within the Cisco portfolio, to Oslo Municipality's entities. Lot 1: Oslo Municipality's infrastructure is developed with support systems based on Cisco products. Oslo Municipality has around 30 000 Cisco products installed in the network, everything from fire walls, switches, routers and wireless access points. Stable operation of infrastructure is dependent on products that connect to the municipality's network being compatable with each other, for a more detailed description see SSA-R Annex 6 the Client's Technical Platform. We want a Joint Procurement Contract that gives Oslo Municipality centrally and all businesses in Oslo Municipality the opportunity to acquire network equipment within the Cisco portfolio. Requirements for the purchase of network equipment will typically arise when the existing equipment reaches end-of-life, when there are expansions and alterations in the existing network, or with new establishment or relocation of entities. The Joint Procurement Contract will include all of the municipality's entities regardless of whether they are part of Oslo Felles IKT Platform [Oslo Joint ICT Platform] (Oslo Felles) or not (see Appendix 3). This Joint Procurement Contract will apply to the purchase of network equipment for data processing centre networks and local networks in the individual entities, and maintenance services for instances where SFC/Sweeps (Service Full Coverage) idoes not apply (i.e. For entities that are not part of Oslo Felles). NB: Oslo Municiipality has a separate contract for Enterprise Agreement (EA) (license contract) for the entities that are part of Oslo Felles within the goods groups 1 and 2, cf. SSA-R Annex 1A and B. It is uncertain how many licences will be purchased within goods group 3, 4 and that will change in connection with migrating.
