Description

The contracting authority invites suppliers to a competition for the purchase of a site (Property) and the erection of a swimming pool (the Swimming Pool) on part of the Property. The contracting authority has the right to build residences on the Property. The swimming pool and the residences combined are known as the facility. The procurement is structured so that the buyer will be responsible for the complete development of the facility with a commitment to engineering design, construction and financing. The contracting authority will benefit from the buyer's competence related to all sectors of development, design, construction and financing of real estate. The buyer will, at their own cost and risk, design and erect the Swimming Pool in accordance with provisions in this document and other appendices to the purchase contract. After hand-over, the swimming pool will be owned and operated by the contracting authority in its entirety. Settlement for the Swimming Pool will occur upon transfer of the Property and cash settlement. The contracting authority sells to the buyer an ideal share of the site cadastral No/title No 40/157 and 40/445. The property will be partitioned off and joined from cadastral and title numbers (cadastral No/title No) 40/157 and 40/445. The areas the contract applies to are regulated for combined purpose residence/services and has been zoned BT3 on the area development plan. Prior to the contracting authority taking over the Swimming Pool, the buyer must ensure sectioning of the Property. The contracting authority will be the owner of the section for the Swimming Pool. With the exception of the Swimming Pool, the buyer is free to develop the Property as residences in accordance with the area zoning for central Kolbotn and plan clarification of 19 June 2018.
