DPS Qualification for Endomechanic & Laparaoscopic, Surgical Theatre Instruments and Ophthalmic Implants to include all related consumables Lot 1: Endomechanic & Laparaoscopic Instruments and consumables The HSE Procurement Surgical Framework Agreements have expired. It is intended to replace them with Dynamic Purchasing Systems. HBS Procurement are moving from Surgical Frameworks in the Surgical, Decontamination and Laboratory Portfolio to Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS) in the next few months. Lot 2: Surgical Theatre Instruments The HSE Procurement Surgical Framework Agreements have expired. It is intended to replace them with Dynamic Purchasing Systems.
