Description

Concertus Suffolk are seeking to create a Construction and Building Services Framework. The Framework will be utilised by public authorities and public undertakings within the areas highlighted in the notice to deliver their construction and building needs including new builds, extensions, refurbishments, installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing on all types of buildings in the public realm. The framework will be for a period of 4 years. The Lot structure is to be finalised following the completion the PME phase, but shall be based on geography and value of projects
