Oslo municipality intends to procure an ICT tool for statistics and analysis for the EHS sector, which shall provide management and control information. The procurement is being made on behalf of the Agency for elderly persons, health and social servies (EHS). The EHS sector lacks a tool to merge, compare and present data across its IT systems. The service production in the EHS sector generates a lot of data, which is stored in a number of computer systems. The lack of export and reporting functionality in each system and the lack of options to see connections between data in different systems, means that the potential for measuring and analysing how services are provided cannot be exploited. The tool shall be able to be used within all areas that EHS is responsible for, but the first priority will be nursing and welfare.
