Description
The service which is being procured as part of this Procurement is the long term agreements of Insurance for Lincolnshire County Council (including Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue). The Council’s requirement is made up of; general underwriting, sustainable commissioning and claims handling and is broken down into 9 lots. The Contract will run for a period of three (3) years commencing 1st April 2023, automatically expiring 31st March 2026. There will be an option for the Council to extend the Contract by one period of two (2) years. The ultimate expiry date will be 31st March 2028 if the extension period is taken. Lot 1: Commercial Combined Lot 1 is titled 'Commercial Combined' and comprises; - Material Damage - All Risks - Business Interruption Lot 2: Contractors All Risks Lot 2 is titled 'Contractors All Risks' and comprises; -Contract Works -Own Plant -Hired in Plant Lot 4: Computers Lot 4 is titled 'Computers' and comprises; - Material Damage - ROD / ICOW Lot 5: Engineering Services Lot 5 is titled 'Engineering Services' and comprises; - Engineering Insurance - Engineering Inspection Lot 6: Travel / Personal Accident Lot 6 is titled 'Travel / Personal Accident' and comprises; - Personal Accident - Business Travel - School Journeys Lot 7: Combined Casualty Lot 7 is titled 'Combined Casualty' and comprises; - Employers Liability - Public and Products Liability - Officials Indemnity - Libel & Slander - Professional Indemnity Lot 8: Crime Lot 8 is titled 'Crime' and comprises; - Fidelity Guarantee Lot 11: Motor Fleet Lot 11 is titled 'Motor Fleet' and comprises; - General Motor Fleet - Blue Light - New Dimensions Lot 12: Fleet Accident Management Lot 12 is titled 'Fleet Accident Management' and comprises; - Own Damage
