Vehicular access is currently taken from School Road and Parkview Crescent, which forms the West and South boundary of the site. - Price Offers over 1.5m invited. NLC intends to waive VAT exemption therefore VAT will be payable. - The Council will only accept submissions made via the Public Contracts Scotland portal. - Bids arriving after the closing date/time will not be considered nor will bids sent by email. - Following Closing Date A shortlist of bidders will be identified and issued with detailed commentary which can be used to present a final bid. A final closing date for the second stage bid process will be notified to shortlisted bidders only. - Once a preferred bidder is selected, final authority to proceed with the disposal will be required from NLC’s Finance & Resources committee. - The committee date will be confirmed following the second stage bid review. - The final legal offer production will be by agreement between the council and the preferred bidder. - Legal Costs Each party shall be responsible for their own costs.
