Trondheim Municipality, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, invites tenderers to a restricted/open/tender contest with negotiations regarding the framework agreement for valuation services. The Municipality wants tender offers from tenderers with the professional, technical and financial basis required for contract compliance. Furthermore, experience is required from equivalent works for the execution of the contract work mentioned above in accordance with the tender documentation. The contest will be held via the Municipality's tender management tool, Mercell. All communication and submitting tenders must go via the tender management tool (KGV). Trondheim municipality, c/o the Urban Development, wants to enter into framework agreement for valuation services. This agreement involves both the condition assessment of homes and the valuation of any damage that could be caused by our construction operations. We also request tenders for subsidence/vibration control as follow-up through the construction period. The most relevant application of such an agreement is related to larger cable systems in densely populated areas where subsidence and vibration may occur when cabling works are executed. The agreement may also be applicable for larger buildings where an assessment of the condition can provide us valuable information in relation to improvements.
