Ice Cream Van Concession for Country Parks

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) are inviting bids from a number of organisations who might be able to provide services that meet RMBC’s current needs for an Ice cream & Associated Ice Cream / Ice Product Vendor for Rother Valley Country Park and Clifton Park. The contract at Clifton Park will be for one outlet (ice cream van) trading in a predetermined position within Clifton Park for up to 363 days (364 days in leap years) excluding the weekend of Rotherham Show. The contract at Rother Valley Country Park is for 3 outlets (vans) for no less than three predetermined locations within the park for up to 364 days per year, during predetermined park opening hours. (The Park is closed Christmas Day). The Ice Cream Vans will need to leave the park at least 15 minutes before closure time. Both contracts are for the sale of ice creams (either soft serve or pre frozen) and other frozen confectionary and cold drinks. It does not allow for hot drinks or other food items.
