Description

The contracting authority invites tenderers to participate in a tender competition for LiDAR scanning and delivery of detailed elevation models in the southern parts of North Macedonia. The partner institution and project recipient in North Macedonia is the Agency for Real Estate Kadastre — AREC. The contracting authority’s international services implement the project. In this role, the contracting authority is the binding contract party. AREC will sign the contract without objections. The purpose of the tender is to select a contractor for the project ‘North Macedonia — LiDAR Acquisition and Generation of Elevation Models — 2020 campaign’. The scope of the tender is LiDAR scanning, point cloud classification and generation of Digital Terrain Model (DTM) and Digital Surface Model (DSM) for the southern part of North Macedonia. The project area is divided into 20 project blocks. Included in the main assignment are the blocks that cover the Vardar valley, around the Dorjan sea and Strumicka valley (block 15, 16 and 17, 1 499 km2) that have highest priority and will be scanned with a point density of five points/m2. Block 18 and 19 (1 330 km2) will be scanned with a point density of two points/m2. The contracting authority reserves the right to trigger options on the same terms for the blocks 20-34. Requirements concerning LiDAR scanning and deliveries are stated in the attached ‘Terms of Reference’.
