Description
The competition concerns a contract for the delivery of top system for new Lillestrøm municipality. All technical installations for municipal purpose-built buildings will be combined in a joint top system. The top system will safeguard operations and monitoring of local EM systems that the municipality is responsible for. Background for selection of competition form. The contracting authority indicates that the exceptions according to the Regulations §13-2 a, c and d will apply to the procurement. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that it is most appropriate to have one contractual partner.
