Description

The scope of work may involve the design, supply, fabrication, assembly, testing, delivery and associated services for Pressure Reduction Systems (PRS) across the Gas Networks Ireland transmission network. Lot 1 – Line Pressure Installations Installations operating at transmission line pressure, typically comprising of filtering and metering arrangements. Lot 2 – PRS with flowrates less than 50,000 scmh Modular or bespoke PRS units suitable for medium‑scale network reinforcement, industrial/commercial connections and system upgrades. Lot 3 – PRS with flowrates greater than 50,000 scmh Large‑scale, bespoke PRS installations supporting high‑capacity transmission applications requiring enhanced engineering and configuration. Each lot may also include, where appropriate, the optional procurement of associated components such as regulators, filters, heat exchangers, valves and instrumentation.
