Description

The national health trust Sykehusbygg HF is the Contracting Authority of the contract. Sykehusbygg HF was founded in 2014 and it is owned by all the four regional health authorities. Sykehusbygg HF shall be the contracting party to the contract. In order to provide the Contracting Authority with assistance for communication services for the daily operation, a Framework Agreement is wanted with a tenderer that can safeguard our interests. For assignments where Sykehusbygg provide assistance to the national Regional Health Authorities and/or Health Trusts, these organisations/projects are allowed to enter into the agreement. The tenderer must be aware that these organisations may have separate contract portfolios for equivalent services and that they may prefer to continue these or implement individual procurements. Sykehusbygg may chose to call for tenders for some concrete communication assignments, independent of this contract.
